How to recover a Toshiba notebook with Toshiba recovery partition

Step 1 - Access the Toshiba recovery partition

Firstlly, Power off the laptop and turn the laptop on. after  TOSHIBA  logo appears

press and hold a moment  the 0 (zero) key then release it. after this the screen show "loading RAMDISK image ..." is loading then Toshiba recovery tools

after this TOSHIBA recovery Wizard will appear then click next



After that will appear Selecting a Process. there are two type

first is Recovery of factory default Software  mean that it will recovery all to default software.

secondlly is erase the hard disk mean that all data and patrition will be deleted from harddisk.




after that click next then it will start initializing the partition, just wait untill it finish

than you done.


Note that this erases all data, and reloads all factory default software. Be sure to back up all your important personal data beforehand!

Vista Won't load past welcome screen

hi.

sometimes Windows vista cannot pass welcome screen..... what is the problem????

the problem is the explorer.exe is not loaded. haha
so what is rhe solution????

1. Boot in safe mode with command prompt
2. Start + R key and type explorer.exe
3. after that open registry editor

go here.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\winlogon\Shell = explorer.exe

Just make sure that anything after the "explorer.exe" is removed as they are viruses/worms by clean them all by using antivirus(for me i use GVR 4.1 to repair registry fault)


4. once you get your desktop and task bar back go start/restart
